Meet Our Staff

Sheri E. Weiner, Au.D. has been involved in the hearing healthcare community since 1976 and in the Southern Middle Tennessee area since 1984. She is on the Consulting Professional Staff at Williamson Medical Center, is Consulting Audiologist for Arnold Hearing in Memphis, Morrison Hearing Systems in Jackson, and is on the Advisory Board of American Hearing Aid Associates in Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Weiner has served the State of Tennessee as Licensing Board Chair and Consultant from 1989 through 1996. She opened Hearing Services of Tennessee in order to offer quality hearing aids and related hearing healthcare to the Middle TN area. It has grown from a part time practice to now include 3 full-time Audiologists in multiple locations around Middle Tennessee.

Andrea West-Alderson, AuD. is a graduate of East Tennessee State University where she received her Master’s Degree in Audiology. She was awarded her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida. Prior to joining Hearing Services of Tennessee, she worked for Oticon, Inc. providing hearing instrument sales and training support for audiologists throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama. She also has extensive experience in diagnostic testing of hearing and balance disorders as well as treatment of hearing loss. Andrea holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
